JOIN OUR TEAM! CAYEN LEHOUX, Barristers and Solicitors, is seeking a new Administrative Assistant/Filing Clerk for a full-time position to begin as soon as possible. We are a small law firm located in Timmins, Ontario practicing mainly in the areas of family and child protection law.

*We are seeking a dynamic individual to assist with client communication, client account management, billing, file organization, document drafting, maintaining files and occasional deliveries.

* We require this individual to have administrative experience, exceptional organizational skills, basic bookkeeping skills and a general knowledge of filing systems etc...

*Knowledge of PC Law and Microsoft Office is an asset.

Bilingualism is also an asset.

Bookkeeping skills, business administration or law clerk diploma or similar education background is an asset.
