Arctic Home Furnishings is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to add to our team. Experience is an asset, but not necessary. We provide training and ongoing support to expand your knowledge and skills, while assuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position, starting at $19 per hour, plus commission. Benefits are available after the probationary period has been completed.
As a qualified Customer Service Representative for AHF, you will be responsible for:
-Greeting customers
-Guiding the customer around the store
-Providing the customer with any product knowledge they require
-Providing Customer Quotations when necessary
-Processing Sales Transactions
-Processing payments
-Customer follow-up
.-Any other customer support duties necessary to provide the customer with an exceptional shopping experience
As a qualified candidate, you possess the following skills, experience and education:
-Excellent communication skills (English written and verbal)
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Basic computer knowledge
-Computer Knowledge
-Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
-Ability to work individually or in a team setting
