OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in the effective functioning of the organization, achieving both immediate operational goals and long-term strategic plans. They specialize in refining processes, maximizing resource efficiency, and promoting a culture of productivity to boost the business's overall performance and competitive edge.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a role model in safety, leadership, and teamwork to ensure the company's overall efficiency and success.
• A working manager is required – must be licensed to operate heavy equipment as needed, with a AZ license being beneficial.
• Keep a daily log of all significant activities (a high-level summary of each job's start/end, contact names/phone numbers, site visits, complex job progress, work stoppages, emergencies, deliveries, pending tasks, etc.).
• Must possess exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal. Computer skills a must.
• Have a thorough understanding of the mining industry and heavy equipment construction operations.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and employees.
• Ensure all loads, materials, and equipment are secured.

• Oversee fleet maintenance
  

• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. 
  
• Carry out additional related duties as necessary.
