MDG Landscaping & Snow Removal Inc. is seeking a skilled and reliable Heavy Equipment Operator/Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a variety of heavy equipment to support construction, landscaping, and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain equipment such as:
  – Backhoes
  – Loaders
  – Excavators
  – Farm machinery
• Perform general Labour tasks (digging, building, moving materials)
• Conduct routine inspections and basic equipment maintenance
• Ensure safe operation of all machinery on-site
• Rig, sling, attach, and back up trailers
• Follow project plans and supervisor instructions

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment (Caterpillar experience preferred)
• Skilled in excavator, backhoe, and loader operations
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to safely handle and back up trailers
• Restricted License is an asset
• Commercial driving experience is a plus
• Familiarity with farm machinery is an advantage
