Joel Vachon Trucking is currently seeking a skilled and motivated 310T Truck and Coach Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent opportunities for training, development, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair the following systems: Electrical and electronic systems Engine components (fuel, exhaust, intake, emissions) Transmissions, clutches, axles, and drive shafts Frames, body structures, trim, and coupling systems Steering and suspension (including electronic/computer-controlled components) Tires, wheels, hubs, and alignment Hydraulic and air brake systems HVAC and refrigeration systems (where applicable) Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electronic issues and determine required repairs Communicate repair requirements and timelines clearly with supervisors and clients Perform preventative maintenance and recommend additional services when needed Accurately complete work orders, documenting labor hours, parts used, and detailed service notes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company health, safety, and PPE protocols Work collaboratively with fellow technicians and support the team as needed Deliver high-quality workmanship with a focus on customer service and professionalism

Qualifications :

• Licensed Truck and Coach Technician (310T)
• Working towards 310T Red Seal considered an asset. (Level 3 Apprentice or higher preferred)  
• Strong diagnostic and computer-based troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in reading and writing in English (French/English bilingualism is an asset)
