360 Boring Services Inc. is a leading provider of heavy equipment repair and precision align boring services, specializing in the mining, construction, and industrial sectors. We are currently looking to add a skilled Align Bore Technician to our team. If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in align boring and are looking for a dynamic work environment with great benefits, we encourage you to apply! This position involves both shop and field work, offering variety and hands-on experience in different environments. Work schedule is Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform precision align boring on heavy machinery and equipment in both the shop and on field assignments.
• Set up and operate align boring equipment, ensuring proper calibration.
• Inspect, measure, and verify equipment parts and components to ensure alignment tolerances are met.
• Collaborate with other technicians and shop staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of align boring machinery both in the shop and on-site.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment in both the shop and field.
• Work with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Align Bore Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of align boring machines and related tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in measurement and calibration techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Safety-conscious with a commitment to following all health and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced shop and field environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
