Confined Space Rescue and Attendant

We are expanding our pool of Confined Space and Rescue personnel and seeking reliable, safety-focused individuals to join our team on an as-needed basis. Applicants must hold a valid G-Class driver’s license and have flexible availability to accommodate changing scheduling needs. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of confined space hazards, including potential exposure risks such as inhalation and dermal absorption.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to signs, symptoms, and consequences of hazardous exposure.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with attendants, supervisors, and team members, including reporting unsafe or prohibited conditions.
- Properly inspect, use, and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.
- Maintain professionalism and complete all required documentation, including daily timesheets and site paperwork.
- Ensure company vehicles, trailers, and work areas are kept clean and organized.
- Work safely and comfortably in confined spaces, at heights, and in physically demanding environments.
- Follow all site-specific policies, procedures, and expectations outlined in Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
- Wear and maintain full high-visibility PPE, including safety boots, gloves, eye protection, respirators, and other required equipment.
- Maintain a clean-shaven appearance to ensure proper respirator fit where required.
Required:
- Valid G-Class Driver’s License
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability
Preferred:
- Working at Heights Certification
- Standard First Aid Certification
- Previous confined space or rescue experience
