G.R. Roy Construction Ltd. Is seeking an experienced Construction Project Supervisor for a rotational role in a fast-paced ICI construction environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading site operations and maintaining direct communication with both clients and internal teams.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 14 /14
• Location: Remote project site (Travel accommodations provided)
• Type: Full-time rotational contract
• Start Date: September 29th, 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• Maintain direct contact with our client to ensure expectations are clearly understood and met
• Communicate with the Project Coordinator daily, providing updates and reports on progress, issues, and site needs
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Monitor workforce performance and enforce site safety and union regulations
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, incidents, and changes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within ICI construction
• Knowledge of carpenter’s union practices and site compliance
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in rotational or remote environments
