Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: 425 Algonquin Blvd E, Park Road Square, Timmins

 Job Type: Part-Time (Temporary)

What You’ll Do:

·         Assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting

·         Recommend and promote products and services

·         Process transactions and ensure billing accuracy

·         Stay up to date on services and promotions

·         Work in a team to meet sales and service goals

What They’re Looking For:

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         Passion for technology and customer service

·         Experience in retail or customer service (asset)

·         Reliable, flexible, and eager to learn

·         Must be 18+

·         Fluent in English
