We are currently seeking results-oriented Development Miners to join our team. Preference will be given to candidates local to the site, but we also welcome out-of-town applicants and offer travel assistance, meal allowance, and accommodations to support your transition.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing a wide range of underground development duties.
• Loading rounds and maintaining services.
• Operating jackleg and stoper drills.
• Bolting and screening.
• Supporting other tasks as required.
• Maintaining an outstanding safety record and contributing to a safety-first culture.

Schedule

• 7/7 rotation

What You Bring

• Ontario Basic Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core with Specialty Module.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in underground development mining.
• Strong skills in jackleg, stoper, and bolting/screening.
• Proven commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Willingness to work at underground mine sites operated by Dumas.
