Job Title: Full-time Supervisor
Rotation: 7days in / 7 days out
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Caron Equipment is seeking a motivated and safety-driven Supervisor to support field operations for our Timmins Projects. This role reports to the Superintendent and is responsible for the direct supervision of crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of site crews.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate daily work plans, expectations, and priorities to crew members.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and progress of assigned work.
• Identify and report safety, quality, or schedule concerns to the Superintendent.
• Assist with job planning, hazard assessments, and toolbox talks.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and respect on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in construction, industrial, or mining environments.
• Previous mine site experience is required
• Strong understanding of safe work practices and site safety requirements.
• Ability to lead crews effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to work a 7days in / 7days out rotation.
