Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct interviews and support the selection process to help identify and secure top talent.
• Onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth and positive transition into the organization.
• Collaborate with management to assess staffing needs, implement effective talent acquisition strategies and working through various employee relations inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth and performance.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits to foster strong employee relations.
• Benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of Human Resources experience (preferred)
• Proficient in accurate data entry.
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
• Experience developing and implementing training programs is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
• Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Health and Safety experience is an asset.

CJ Equipment Sales and Service does not utilize artificial intelligence in the screening process. All resumes will be seen and assessed by the Human Resources department.
