• Glass G License: A valid Glass G license is required for this role.
• Trailer Driving Experience: Proficiency in driving with a trailer, including hooking up, loading, unloading, backing up, parking, and securing equipment.
• Previous Supervisory Experience: Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within a related field.
• Ability to follow directions
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and equipment (e.g., Zero turn mowers, leaf blowers)
• Strong leadership skills for motivating, delegating, and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication skills for clear instruction
• Prioritizing worker safety and enforcing safety regulations
• Attention to detail for accurate and precise work completion
• Safety regulation knowledge
