Chenier Motors is looking for a Lead Service Advisor to join our team. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet all customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Schedule service appointments and write repair orders.
- Conduct the walk-around process with customers and provide clear explanations of vehicle issues.
- Track service progress and provide customers with regular updates.
- Prepare and present detailed estimates.
- Prepare customer invoices and ensure accuracy.
- Review completed work and invoices with customers.
Requirements:
- Must have automotive experience (preferably 3+ years in a similar role).
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers in-person, via phone, and email.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, finding effective solutions to resolve issues.
- Make sound decisions regarding service recommendations and customer concerns while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License.
