About the Organization
Lake Shore Gold, a subsidiary of Pan American Silver, is located in Timmins, Ontario. The Bell
Creek Complex located approximately 20 kilometers northeast of Timmins, Ontario, consists of an
underground mine and processing facility. Mineralization is associated with the Porcupine-Destor
fault system within the Abitibi greenstone belt, with ore mined by narrow vein longhole stoping
methods. Ore is then transported to surface via a modern one thousand eighty metre deep shaft
capable of forty-eight hundred tonnes per day.

The milling facility is a conventional free milling gold circuit consisting of crushing, SAG
milling, leaching, CIL and CIP, stripping and refining. The mill currently processes up to 232
tonnes per hour from two separate mines and disposes of its tailings via conventional end of pipe
discharge.

About the Opportunity
We are looking to hire Mill Millwright to join our team at the Bell Creek Mine Site in Porcupine,
ON., on a full-time basis. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8 hrs/day.

Compensation: This position offers a salary range of $36.45 - $51.75 hourly, based on
qualifications and experience.

Vacancy Status: This is an existing vacancy. The successful candidate may begin as soon as
possible.
Please note that this role requires relocation to the Timmins area and is not a camp-based
position.

In this position, you will be responsible for daily, weekly, monthly and annual preventative
maintenance programs. Repairs of lube pump systems, slurry pumps, reagent pumps, water pumps, and
piping system repairs. Troubleshoot and perform hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical repairs to a
variety of systems: rock breaker, jaw crusher, apron feeders, agitators, process screens,
compressors, and conveyor belts systems. Troubleshooting and repairs of a SAG Mill process system.
Some shop fabrication work and other duties as assigned.

• Licensed as an Industrial Millwright or working towards their license
• Be experienced within a milling environment
• Be willing to work as part of a dedicated maintenance team
• Rigging and welding experience
• Practice good housekeeping
• Be committed to safety at all times and willing to adhere to all of LSG resources safety
policies.
