**** Responsibilities & Duties****

· Assists in installation, assembling, maintenance, fabrication, and repairing of Residential piping systems

· Must be able to understand blueprints and help install pipes correctly, 

· Help ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes

· Help ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet environmental protection requirements

· Help perform scheduled maintenance service on piping systems and fixtures

· Apply all codes to installations, repairs and maintenance

· Performs other related duties as required.

 Requires Knowledge & Awareness of Following Tasks

· Strong knowledge of plumbing industry and code compliance

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints

· Knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment

**** Work Conditions****

· Field work in residential settings

· At times it may be necessary to work outside of the regular work day in order to complete their duties.

****Certificates, Licenses, Registrations****
• Experience in a residential setting an asset.
• Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
