Position Overview:

CML is currently hiring a Plumbing Apprentice with experience or interest in both new construction plumbing and service work. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow within the trade and gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of plumbing systems on new residential, industrial and commercial construction sites
• Support journeymen with plumbing service, maintenance, and repairs
• Learn to interpret blueprints and plumbing layouts
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces
• Adhere to safety standards and company procedures
• Work collaboratively with crew members and site supervisors

Qualifications:

• Registered or eligible to register as a Plumbing Apprentice in Ontario
• Some experience in construction or plumbing (preferred but not required)
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the trade
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel out of town on occasion, as project needs require

Compensation: $20-$35

Pay will be based on experience and apprenticeship level
