Job Opportunity: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Company: Chenier Motors
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8 hours per day
Are you organized, friendly, and bilingual? Join our team at Chenier Motors as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant and become the first point of contact for our valued customers and visitors. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and assist all incoming guests, visitors, and team members
- Provide accurate directions and information while maintaining confidentiality
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Handle customer inquiries and assist with scheduling appointments
- Invoice and process payments for parts and service repairs at customer check-out
- Coordinate shuttle drivers for customer pick-ups/drop-offs and parts deliveries
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, handling and redirecting mail, and supporting daily office functions
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in English and French (required)
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively without compromising quality
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to good attendance
- Prior experience in an automotive environment is an asset
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
