Crawford Mechanical Ltd (CML) is a growing Indigenous-led mechanical contractor based in Timmins, Ontario. CML provides mechanical construction and maintenance services across Northern Ontario, specializing in:

·         General Contracting

·         Industrial Mechanical

·         Mine site mechanical infrastructure

·         Remote community infrastructure projects

·         Facility Management 

Position Overview

CML is seeking Skilled Labourers to support our mechanical crews on industrial, mining, residential and commercial construction projects.

This role will assist our team in construction, renovation, and mechanical installation.

Ideal candidates are hardworking, mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working in industrial environments.

 Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with job site preparation and material handling
• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
• Deliver materials to job sites
• Assist with equipment removal and demolition of old systems
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Support technicians with setup and cleanup of work areas
• Follow all company health and safety procedures
• Perform other general construction labor tasks as required

• Follow all site safety requirements and company safety policies

 Requirements

• Construction or mechanical labour experience preferred

• Experience Mechanical construction is an asset

• Ability to work in industrial or mine site environments

• Valid driver’s license

• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs

• Ability to work long shifts and remote rotations when required

 Preferred Certifications (Assets)

• Working at Heights

• WHMIS

• Fall Protection

• Confined Space

• Standard First Aid / CPR

• Mine site training (if applicable)
