Customer Service and Inside Sales Support
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their technical needs
· Provide effective technical solutions with strong knowledge of the product portfolio
· Conduct customer training on proper use and maintenance of technical products
· Inform customers of full product capabilities and act as a resource for inquiries
· Collaborate with inside sales teams, including marketing, technical support, and product development, to improve communication and customer support
External Sales
· Develop and implement strategies to exceed revenue and gross margin targets
· Maintain strong understanding of territory markets and Wainbee products/solutions
· Build and maintain vendor relationships to support business outcomes
· Conduct regular calls to nurture leads, identify customer needs, and position solutions
Administrative
· Prepare and present project proposals highlighting Wainbee’s value
· Analyze sales performance (daily, monthly, quarterly) and implement improvements
· Follow up on quotes to convert them into orders
· Maintain accurate CRM records (opportunities, activities, quotes, contacts)
Requirements
· Certificate/Diploma in a related technical and/or commercial discipline
· 3–5 years’ industrial/solution sales experience
· Strong knowledge of Office 365 and ERP systems
· Strong communication skills for technical/product information
· Criminal background check and driver’s abstract required
· Ability to travel for client visits, presentations, and events

· Ability to operate a vehicle in varying conditions
· Work independently and meet/exceed sales targets
· Adapt to changing clients, markets, and product knowledge
· Strong emotional intelligence and attention to detail
· Ability to make informed decisions on product, pricing, and negotiation
