JOB POSTING 

Position: – Warehouse Associate -Full-Time

We are looking for a responsible Warehouse support Staff to perform a variety of duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and ensure accurate documentation.

Prepare outgoing shipments, including delivery orders/packing slips.

Safely operate a loader, pumpjack and other warehouse equipment.

Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring proper storage and labeling.

Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Maintenance of whips, grinders.

Track, Schedule vehicle and equipment repairs.

Responsible for tracking employees’ sign-out of keys to vehicles.

Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Assist with Reception duties, assist in AP processes

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Loader operator experience (required)

Valid class G License

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)

Maintain a safe and secure working environment.

Previous experience in a warehouse shipper/receiver role.

Knowledge of warehouse shipping & receiving procedures.

Experience with Office 365 programs, mainly Outlook and Excel

Reliable and punctual
