Admin/Finance Clerk

We are looking for an Admin/Finance clerk, who will work closely with our Finance Manager.
Qualifications:
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge, understanding and experience in an administrative position
Knowledge, understanding and experience in a bookkeeping position
Pays attention to deal and accuracy
Works well under pressure
Can multitask effectively
Some of the duties will include but are not limited to:
Post daily transactions
Maintain filing system
Provide administrative tasks as assigned
Assist with organizing data, completing forms and reconciling accounts
Assist and support in preparing and maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assist and support in report preparation
