Advanced Security Limited Partnership is seeking an experienced Senior Installation / Service Technician to join our Technical Division. This role is responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic security systems in commercial, industrial, and residential environments.

The successful candidate will take a lead role in installations, support and mentor junior technicians, and provide high-quality, client-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot electronic security systems (access control, intrusion, video, network, and telephone systems)
• Pre-wire, program, test, and commission security systems
• Diagnose and repair system deficiencies
• Lead installations and meet project timelines
• Provide technical support and training to Junior Technicians
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Complete service documentation and work orders
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Follow company policies and Health & Safety standards
• Assist with sales site visits as required

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing and servicing electronic security systems
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and lead job sites
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence
