What You’ll Do

• Design, budget, and deliver IT infrastructure projects
• Analyze client environments and build best‑practice solutions
• Serve as final escalation for advanced technical issues
• Lead the technical team in deploying standards and best practices
• Research and evaluate new technologies
• Manage servers, storage, and network systems
• Document solutions, processes, and project deployments
• Gather requirements, create system specs, and improve business processes
• Conduct testing, validation, and performance monitoring
• Support compliance processes and conduct system audits

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, OR proven experience as a Sr. Systems Engineer, IT Systems Analyst, or similar senior technical role
• Deep expertise in servers, storage, cloud environments, networking, and infrastructure design
• Strong system analysis and documentation skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Valid Ontario driver’s license

Nice to Have:

• MSP experience, industry certifications, compliance/audit experience, PSA/CRM familiarity
